Q: Do I need drivers for standard keyboard?
A: The Standard keyboard doesn't need any special drivers, it works with the standard keyboard drivers of Windows. The ACPI function is only supported by Windows 98/ME and 2000. ACPI support must be activated in the system BIOS of your PC. The special keys POWER - SLEEP - WAKE will only work if this is the case.
 
   

Q:How can I configure the special keys of standard keyboard?
A:You can only configure the key for internet and email. For configuration of prefered web browser and email client, click the keyboard symbol in the task bar.

 
   
Q:Which driver version should be used for standard keyboardunder Windows ME?
A:For use under Windows Me driver version must be V2.1 or higher. you can get from the service download section of our webpage.
 
   

Q:How can I configure the special keys of keyboard TwinTouch Wireless?
A:You can only configure the key for internet and email. For configuration of prefered web browser and email client, click with the right mouse button the keyboard symbol in the task bar. Now choose option SETUP and then user defined. now set the path to the executable file of your prefered browser or email client.

Q:Can I use a PS/2 to serial adapter to connect mouse of TwinTouch Wireless to my serial port
A:No. The mouse of TwinTouch Wireless is designed for PS/2-port only. Any mouse which is designed for use on SERIAL and PS/2 port will be delivered with adapter. If your mouse isn?|t delivered with an adapter, it`s designed for this port only!
 
   

Q:I don't have any access to the special keys under Windows 2000/NT when logged to system as a standard user. How can this be changed?
A:You must change the access control, in the Windows registery. Click button Start|Run|Run Once and typ REGEDT32. Now go to the following key:

HKEY_Classes_Root\AudioCD\

As next click in the menu bar on the button Security|Access and set the access to all users.

As next go to the following key:

HKEY_Local_Machine\Software\Chicony\

As next click in the menu bar on the button Security|Access and set the access to all users.

 
   
Q:Mouse of TwinTouch Wireless can not be detected
A:Make sure that you have enabled support for PS/2 port in the system BIOS of your PC. In the BIOS you should set in PNP/PCI CONFIGURATION the option PNP OS Installed to value NO.
 
   

Q: Some keys are showing incorrect symbol or key.
A: There is an option menu of language when start to install the driver for keyboard. Choose the correct language to match your keyboard

 
   
Q: There is only one of my device is working with my wireless keyboard unit.
A: After you open windows, to set ID channel setting, please press the button on the receiver first and the button under the mouse (DO NOT HOLD) within six seconds. Now press the receiver button again and the button under the keyboard within six seconds.
 
   
Q:I need the driver for my device but I don't find my model name in the download section.
A:The devices are list by alphabet and if you do not find it on the list please confirm the model name from device or we may not have the driver for you device.
